Sales Support/Customer Service

Our client is a fast growing local business with national outreach based in Washdyke. They pride themselves in surpassing expectations and continue to grow due to an unwavering commitment to fast and attentive customer service, ensuring that “one off” customers become customers for life!

They are seeking a locally based Customer Success Team Member/Sales Support person to join a small team of exceptional individuals. You will demonstrate previous success and longevity in your previous roles, and you won’t object to being “Hands On” and working in harmony with your fellow Team Members

Key attributes required:

•    Proven experience within a customer care focused role 
•    Resilience and ability to work at pace while retaining strong attention to detail
•    Technically and digitally competent, being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various CRM systems
•    Demonstrated experience of meeting/exceeding sales targets
•    Proven loyalty and longevity in previous roles
•    The ability to support the Sales Manager in a PA nature role
•    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•    Have a commitment and understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
•    Have an unwavering commitment to serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business’s best interests.
