RECEPTION/XERO PROCESSING PART TIME CONTRACT

My client is seeking a well presented front person to be the welcoming face of the Community House Hub. They are seeking a Xero experienced candidate, who has strong admin skills – even better if you enjoy accounts! You will be comfortable being the welcoming face of the Hub and will enjoy meeting and assisting people from all walks of life, as well as supporting those within the Hub.

You will be confident in your offering and a strong team player. Attention to detail is important as well as a willingness to help out wherever needed.

Duties include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Mail
  • Answering the phone
  • Debtors/Creditors payments
  • Coding
  • Scanning
  • Filing

This is a long term temporary role that will see you through until Christmas. We need you to be prepared to commit to this length of time so as to fully support our client. NZ work experience and a current legal right to work in the country is a requirement.
