Office Admin – Full time

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator/Customer Service person to join their small but hardworking office. Ideally you will proficient in excel and MS WORD as well as a high skill level of data entry . You will be an organised person who takes initiative and has strong multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner will be key in this role, you will be the first point of contact for the various clients, taking bookings and scheduling the Service Technicians daily jobs.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 5.30pm

You will need to be able to pass a Pre-employment drug test and will be subject to a Ministry of Justice background check.
