FACTORY PROCESS OPERATORS WITH FOOD EXPERIENCE

Our client is seeking good process operators who are invested in their work. Some of our temporary roles will often result in permanent employment if you can illustrate an outstanding work ethic and commitment to the role.

  • Shift work – 4 on and 4 off – your 4 on will consist of 2 x 12 hour day shifts and 2 x 12 hour night shifts
  • Touch screen plant operation
  • Being a consumable product environment, hygiene and Health and Safety is of the utmost importance. You will be a team player and flexible enough to accommodate the needs of the businesses that we work with.
  • Varied work duties will mean that you won’t get bored!

You should possess the following criteria:

  • At least Level 2 NCEA or equivalent work experience
  • Confident on computers and at least a basic understanding of WORD and EXCEL

Our client is currently seeking a QA Assistant to help in the laboratory to test various plastic products to ensure the quality continues to be of a high standard. Previous experience in quality control in the plastics industry is preferential but training will be provided for the right applicant.

Initially training will be on day shift until confident and then will transfer to night shift with hours 11.00pm to 7.00am.

We seek applicants with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a motivated team player with a willingness to learn new and exciting skills with an industry leader. This will be a challenging and hands on position involving many areas of the company’s operation.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills: mathematical and analytical, computer literate, excellent attention to detail, physically fit, problem solver and a team player.

You will be required to complete specific testing for all departments ensuring a high quality product, be able to document information and liaise with other members of staff. Some of the testing processes are physically demanding so it will require you to be agile and physically fit. Experience in a production / manufacturing environment would be ideal.

If you are an Abrasive Blaster you will:

  • Have experience with all types of industrial primers, intermediate coats and finish coating
  • Be experienced with conventional spray and airless systems

Twighlight & Night Shift – Machine Operator
