Customer Services Representative

  • Full time position, 40 hours per week

  • Well established local company

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who has good administration ability to join their team in Ashburton. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and a result driven focus, ensuring the needs of all internal and external customers are met to a high standard.

This position will involve taking orders through the Customer Service Contact Centre and products being dispatched through their dedicated Warehouse teams. All products are manufactured on-site and comprise of two main areas making plastic pipe and tanks.

  • Receiving and processing orders by phone and email, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Contributing proactively to the team’s targets

About you:

  • Have a high attention to detail and be known to follow through
  • Be able to quickly build trusted relationships
  • Have a professional manner and fantastic communications skills

To be successful in this position, you must be able to work efficiently, pick up systems quickly and cope with the busyness during the peak season. A full training programme will be provided.
