CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN MANAGER – CONTACT CENTRE

The Role:
To successfully manage the day to day operations of the Ashburton Contact Centre Team, ensuring high service delivery standards through telephone and electronic correspondence are maintained and consistently improved for our Clients. Assisting with general and technical queries from customers, including tradesmen, professionals and end users. Communicating and liaising as required with internal departments. Implementation and adhering to company policies, as well as developing and managing in-house training programmes with staff. Excellent data entry skills with numerical accuracy will be required processing and documentation.

Some Key Responsibilities:
– Day to day management of the Contact Centre and Reception
– Export processing and shipping documentation
– Analysing individual and team performance.
– Recommend, develop and drive projects to improve all aspects of the Contact Centre
– Responsible for resolving customer complaints

– Experience in dealing with MAF & Customs would be an advantage
– Solutions based mind-set
– Possess excellent planning skills.
