Are you seeking an opportunity to utilise your strong mechanical aptitude, practical ability and sound welding skills?
This full-time position offers a balanced working environment with being part of a team, as well as working autonomously, both on-farm and in a well-equipped workshop. Well suited to somebody with intermediate/senior skills and proven New Zealand experience.
Key Skills:
• Mechanical servicing and repairing experience
• Exposure to pumps and irrigators advantageous
• Full Drivers Licence, Class 2, with Forklift
• Hi-Ab experience
• Trade qualification preferred but not essential
• Flexibility to work extra hours as required
Our client is an established agricultural engineering business, offering general engineering support to farmers in the Mid-Canterbury region for over 50 years. They specialise in the manufacturing of dairy effluent systems and farm equipment, which are successfully sold throughout New Zealand.
