Are you proficient with office administration and have a friendly and positive approach? Do you have good accuracy and attention to detail? Are you competent with accounting procedures?

Due to expansion, a position has become available for a friendly and proactive front office professional to join a small administrative team for a progressive local irrigation company. In this position you will be required to be the face of the company, welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries along with financial processing of debtor/creditor ledger management, bank reconciliation, payroll, time and expense recording and dealing with overseas currency. 

This is a full time permanent position 40 hours per week but a job share situation would be considered for the right applicants. Basic knowledge of FOREX would be beneficial along with experience in Cashbook Complete, XERO, Smart Payroll and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
