The below mentioned criteria are necessary and of the utmost importance:

  • Degree from a recognised University
  • NZ experience in whichever legal discipline is your speciality.
  • A commitment to fostering ideas and innovation together with a strong desire to progress careers and encourage professional development within your team.
  • Your will be a team player who can lead from the front.  You will contribute not only your expertise but also your ideas and passion to the firm as a whole.
  • Uphold the values of this organisation while working with the GM to implement the strategic direction set by the Board.
  • Understand and enjoy business development and be committed to growing your own portfolio as well as sustainable long term business for your team.
