We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated service technician for a growing agricultural client in Ashburton.

The positions requires you to be bale to diagnose and repair technical problems on a range of leading machinery including Duetz, Kioti, Merloi, Great Plains/Simba, Mchale and Kvernaland.

You must have good technical experience and understanding in a large field of different agricultural machinery. Along with this the willingness to learn and work well within a team is a must.

Estimator

We are currently seeking a full time estimator for a firmly established building firm with a strong reputation in Mid Canterbury.You will be responsible in assisting with pricing, ordering and labour for new homes being built.

The tasks will include:

Estimating Quantities/ Plan Take-off
Quoting/ Pricing
Order preparation
Contract variation pricing
Building consent processing
Maintaining the estamating system
Liasing with our design and drafting team
Working along side our sales consultants

We are looking for someone who has good numeracy and organisational skills as well as the ability to self manage. Accuracy and time management are key attributes in this role also therefore it would be preferrable if you had experince in estimating in New Zealand but not necessary.

We have an immediate vacancy for a skilled MIG welder to join an Engineering Company just outside of Ashburton.

This is a workshop based role and the ideal candidate will have general engineering experience, be extremely versatile having experience of machine shop work, lathe cutting, profiling, etc.
