Seasonal Workers

It is an advantage if you hold a current full drivers license and have a vehicle but if not we do have transport available but only for a limited number of people.

Crop Farm Labourer

We are a currently seeking an experienced crop farm labourer for a large Mid Canterbury farming unit who specialise in seed potatoes.

This position is full time and would be starting after the harvest season in 2012. You will be required to have a full drivers license and have a willingness to put your best foot forward 100% of the time. Machine Operating experience would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.

It would involove all general farming duties including, machine operation, driving, roguing, fencing etc. you need to have the ability to work flexible hours but on a full time basis. Above and beyond we are looking for someone who has a passion for the agricultural industry and would make this position there own.

You will need to have great customer service skills, experience with eftpos and cash handling, good initiative and be available for weekend work. It is also an advantage if you hold a current liquor license but not necessary.

Our premier client, a leading New Zealand freight-forwarding and transportation service provider, is looking for a part time member of staff to work in their busy Timaru depot. You must be consistantly aware of the needs of the business, and be happy working as part of a specialised team sorting and forwarding freight to valued customers.

This role requires excellent reliability and attention to detail, to ensure timescales are met.

Hours of employment will be Monday to Friday 5am to 7am.
