Machine Operator (Days) – Ashburton

Our Client has been operating in Ashburton for 36 years and are now part a large global group. They are industry renowned for manufacturing high quality product to clients nationally and world wide using Extrusion techniques. Due to the high demand for their quality product and continual market and company growth, they require a Machine Operator for their day shift.

As there will be some lifting involved of up to 25 kg, you will need to be physically fit. You must also be self-motivated, a team player, have excellent work ethics and able to think on your feet. Although commencing in a temporary role, this position may become permanent for the right person.

Maintenance Engineer – Timaru

Our client is looking to appoint a Maintenance Engineer to their production facility based in Timaru.

The Engineer will be solely responsible for maintaining a range of machinery based in the factory of this facility. Daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance schedules will be adhered to and special maintenance procedures will be undertaken during the company’s off-season.

This will be an ideal role for an experienced Engineer who has worked for companies who provide maintenance services and/or to someone who is already working in a similar role within a production facility.

A strong Health & Safety knowledge and appreciation of the importance of well maintained machinery is essential.

Our valued client is looking for an experienced heavy forklift operator to join their elite team based in Timaru.

This role, based in the transport and freight industry, will require the successful candidate to demonstrate competency in all aspects of heavy forklift operation. A class 5 licence and an F endorsement are pre-requisites for this role.
